Board of Directors (BOD) Meeting

The BOD General Meeting of Swift Group is main governing body of the Group for its Controlled Units and Corporate Management. As for the Joint-Venture Units, the decision is for this unit’s principal concerned.

The BOD consists of four members (For more information; check Board of Directors document); each member owns 25% each for a total amount of EGP 35 million paid in capital. The BOD meets quarterly, in addition to the annual meeting to discuss the Corporate and Business Units’ Budget. On the other hand, the BOD might have an extraordinary meeting for urgent matters. During the BOD quarterly meeting; they discuss the new and current strategies, policies, projects and financials. The BOD conveys their resolutions to the Management Team; who reflects it to their executives for execution.

Mr. Mohamed El Wakil—Executive Board Member
